Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Whether its a romantic weekend for two or a base for your adrenalin packed holiday around the central plateau, you will find our cosy cottage an ideal base. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

This unit is in the lower part of our home, which is a 2-storey building. Your access, courtyard and living areas are all completely separate from ours, with off street parking. Your privacy during your stay is our utmost consideration and therefore we take all steps necessary to leave you to relax.

THE MINSION, a cosy studio located in our garden , in beautiful Acacia Bay. Awake to the sound of Tui's and bird song. It is a short walk to Lake, cafe/ restaurant, local store and walking tracks . Our studio is often used and loved by family and friends so has a number of board games, DVDs and family memories. We like our property to be smoke/vape free please. We live on site so here to welcome you.
