Have fun with the whole family at this country cottage! This home boasts two bedrm (2 full beds / 1king bed) and one bath. As well a sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well fitted with all the comforts of home. The bathrm has a soaking tub/ shower this can be difficult to step in and out of if mobility challenged. A lovely half mile walk to both Fuquay and Varina town centers with easy access to eateries, breweries and boutiques. Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink, 2 burner cooktop, Keurig with milk frother, coffee and tea supplies, cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, breakfast table and chairs. There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
