Haveli jalpur was built in 1799 it has a historical significance since sultana daku about whom jim corbett has written a chapter in his book "My India" by the title of,Sultana - India's Robinhood he performed his last decoity in this Haveli in 20th may 1922 he was caught alive by Freddy Young on 14th december 1923 the gate still bears axes and bullet marks it is 40 km from haridwar ,Rajaji Tiger Reserve and nearest railway station is najibabad which is 15 km nearest airport is Jolly Grant.

The Durga Devi temple is also located at a distance of 13 kms from my house and is one of the most popular temples of the region. Also place to visit Jim Corbett National Park, Kanvashram, the entrace point of the famous hill station Lansdown etc. My place is also well connected to the railway station.
