Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Welcome to “The Waterfall House”, a family retreat with a gorgeous natural waterfall! Relax and enjoy the most serene location with 8.5 acres of land featuring a private waterfall and stream. This open floor plan home is a perfect spot to gather family or use it as a place to stay while visiting Syracuse. This park like setting is a photographers dream. This is the best location for a true outdoor enthusiast. Spot wildlife from every window in the house or fish for trout in the stream!

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
