This semi- detached , 3-bedroom home can easily sleep up to 9 people in an airy, safe and CLEAN comfort. Each bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 people. Plus a great room (with 65” HDTV) for up to 3 extended guests on proper XL mattresses. And 1 couch. All rooms are generously sized. You have access to all common areas. Washer / dryer onsite. 4 parking spots. PLEASE Note: my personal residence is in the basement, but I have a separate entrance and often leave when the house is booked.
