Walk to the beach or sound; use our cruisers with plenty of sidewalks to keep you safe. We have a wheeled canoe for use on the property and a fun day on the water. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.
