Unsere familiär geführte Pension liegt im Zentrum von Brixen im Thale direkt im Herz der Kitzbühler Alpen. Alle Zimmer sind mit Dusche WC Tv und Wlan ausgestattet. Durch unsere Zentrale Lage sind wir bestens mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen . Die Haltestellen sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Unser Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radausflüge. Schwimmbad/Badesee und die Freizeitanlagen befinden sich ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. In der Saison verwöhnen wir Sie gere in unserem Café.

The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Nach einem anstrengenden Tag kannst du in einer der beiden hauseigenen Saunen dich verwöhnen lassen oder du kannst die moderne Wellnessanlage der Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tirol besuchen. Das Beste zum Schluss: Kostenfreier Eintritt in der Badewelt!
