The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.

Enjoy the tiny house experience! The Star Gazer is a fun and fabulous stay here on the North Coast. This is your coastal getaway complete with soaking tub and private deck, huge skylights, cottage style garden, pond and firepit. King size loft bed is the ideal space to stargaze through the 4-foot skylights. Only 5 minute's drive from the beaches, breweries, cafes, restaurants, and the local airport!

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.
