Maison Beaufort - oase van rust met zonnig terras

Kom tot rust in een vredige cocoon te midden van de stad. Geniet van het zicht op de jachthaven op het (zonnig) terras. Sta op met zicht op zee op het balkon in de slaapkamer. Het leukste moment van de dag toen ik er woonde, was opstaan met een kopje koffie op het terras in de zon. Heerlijk gewoon! Het station ligt op 2 minuten wandelafstand. Daar kan je fietsen huren. Gratis parking: randparking ‘Maria-Hendrikapark’ op 10 minuten wandelafstand. Buiten toeristentax, zijn er geen extra kosten.

Luxurious, modern & warm seaside loft

This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

Ruim appartement op toplocatie in Oostende

Op de perfecte locatie in het hart van Oostende, dicht bij station, strand én winkelcentrum ligt ons favoriete appartement. Volledig vernieuwd in 2021 en helemaal klaar om gasten te ontvangen. Je vindt er een ruime, lichtrijke living, een goed uitgeruste open keuken, twee slaapkamers, een moderne badkamer, apart toilet, digitale tv, gratis wifi en een klein terrasje achteraan. Ons verblijf ligt in een verzorgd en rustig gebouw (rust wordt op prijs gesteld, huisdieren zijn niet toegelaten).

Oostentique is een gezellig appartement op een topligging in Oostende. Ingericht met oog voor detail en speelse accenten wat het ideaal maakt voor een familieverblijf aan de Belgische kust. Alle comfort is aanwezig en zacht beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. Het appartement ligt op 50m van de zee en op wandelafstand van het centrum. Een tweepersoonsbed, speels stapelbed met 3 slaapzones, uitgeruste keuken, regendouche, wifi, digitale tv, wasmachine, kinderstoel,... zijn aanwezig.

Appreciate your fantastic view, immaculate, decent bed, center of Ostend. Then you are at the right place I would say!!!! Studio is ideal for a couple! beautiful location, relaxing in the electrically operated bed in the morning with a beautiful view on all sides ... A sitting area at the large window where you have a pleasant feeling with a view of the sea, the harbor channel, the small beach and the promenade . Free parking on the Oosteroever we have no room for bicycles

Authentic apartment in the heart of Ostend

Experience the grandeur of Ostend by staying in one of the most beautiful apartments of the interwar period. The residence is the most beautiful example of modernist architecture of the late 1930s. Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. The iconic corner building from 1939 is a protected monument in exceptionally good condition, which still appeals to the imagination.

Prachtig volledig gerenoveerd groot appartement centrum Oostende mét zeezicht! Het appartement bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping. De leefruimte heeft een prachtig zeezicht op de jachthaven en het Klein Strand. De keuken is nieuw en volledig uitgerust. De eetkamer is ruim voorzien voor 6 volwassenen. Ook de badkamer is volledig nieuw en ingericht met een douche en ruime lavabo. Het toilet is apart.
