Nestled in a valley, alongside the Klondike River, our cozy, renovated, rustic cabin is a great way to experience a local off-grid, lifestyle. Come visit our Canadian Inuit dogs, be amazed by the northern lights or midnight sun and explore our multiple trails skijoring, snowshoeing, walking, x-country skiing or cycling. There is a traditional Mongolian yurt on the property as well as a growing orchard and permaculture farm. The property is in a peaceful, quiet valley 15 minutes from town.

The Confluence House

The Confluence House is located in the beautiful Dawson City, Yukon close to where the Klondike River and Yukon River meet. Located in residential downtown Dawson, this quiet space is just a couple of blocks from all main attractions, restaurants, pubs and shopping. On the ground floor is a bathroom with standing shower and a full kitchen and up the ladder is the living space and bedroom featuring a queen bed with cozy linens.
