36 m² bright, quiet apartment in the courtyard on the 2nd floor with elevator. About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. The traffic-calmed dead-end street leads to the village Grinzing. The market, the boutiques and l Viennese coffee houses are within walking distance and invite you to stroll around.

Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Dieses winzige Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Gemütlich und gastfreundlich liegt es in einer Seitengasse im Zentrum von Klosterneuburg - umgeben von romantischen Häusern aus dem Mittelalter. Direkt an der Bahn gelegen ist es der ideale Start für Erkundungstouren nach Wien oder auch in den Wiener Wald. Busse und Zug sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, aber auch Radfahrer haben nur wenige Meter zu den Radrouten an der Donau. Alles da - nur du fehlst noch!

Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

My apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa, which is perfect for families with small children. You'll love it. Play, climb, swing, slide, hide - your children will be busy here and you can enjoy your holiday. Toys, books, doll kitchen, ride-on cars, stroller for two, baby bed, step stool, baby monitor... Check-out on Mondays at 7.45am! Otherwise at 4 p.m. Max. occupancy: 2-3 adults with 2-3 children. Max 5 people in total.
