Guest can use the garden, hike nearby trails and is walking distance to the Sir William Coaker Foundation! Guest can visit nearby Bonavista, approximately 18 km away, or Trinity approximately 32km away. Guest will be provided with code for keyless entry before arrival. Tea and Coffee available. Catalina Home with a View

This historic cottage is centrally located between Bonavista & Trinity. Built in 1914 for the pregnant widow of 1 of 3 men from Catalina lost in the Great Sealing Disaster, the front bedroom & kitchen feature original low beam ceilings. From the back, view the sun rise or colorful fishing boats pass by. Named Gold Mine Cove in 1583, the beach as you turn to the bnb is part of the Discovery UNESCO Global Geopark - "Fool's Gold" on one side & 560-million-year-old fossils on the other.

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!
