Apartman se nalazi na prvom spratu poslovnog centra "Gorča" i hotela "The Regent Club" sa prelepim restoranom (apartman broj 106). Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2020. godine. Položaj apartmana nudi ugodan odmor, bez ikakve buke. Nudi izuzetno prijatan smeštaj, brz Wi-Fi i SBB kablovsku televiziju. Apartman nema svoj parking, ali su u blizini dve javne garaže (Sinđelićev trg i Ambasador)

Apartment is located on the main promenade in Nis, across from the Main square. It's fully renovated and equipped with new furniture in 2017. It is characterized by modern interior with suspended ceilings and various lighting. It contains a large double bed and a sofa with TV and club tables makes the area for the living room. It has a large kitchen with induction hotplates and refrigerator and dining table near the kitchen. There is a spacious bathroom with a large shower stall with no door.
