Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

The Garden Oasis

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled in the back yard of the owner, this little getaway includes a private entrance, reserved parking space, and privacy fence. Surrounded by gardens, You will be able to enjoy the bird feeders and fire pit by day while sleeping restfully at night with a new foam topped mattress as well as sound-proofed walls and windows. Space includes a stocked mini-fridge, & kitchenette for your culinary needs & a desk with WiFi for working. Come check it out!

If you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet place to relax during your time in Knoxville, look no further. Fountain City is a lovely little area in the northern part of Knoxville that is known for it's duck pond and park. The bungalow is fully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen cooking essentials to a 50 inch smart TV preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. Need to work remote? We've got you covered with a convenient work desk and reliable 100mbps internet.

We are a quick drive from the major cities (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Knoxville) and The Great Smoky Mountains. 55" Smart TV, king size bed with quality linens, bathrobes, books, vinyls and a kitchenette with cooking supplies. Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
