In our tropical garden, the beach themed guest house has all the comforts of home. Spacious, air conditioned, with kitchen, bbq, and pool side furniture. Free wifi + Netflix. The Bunker is a newly renovated self contained garden studio apartment in beautiful Edge Hill Cairns. It is suitable for Couples, Solo Travellers or Business People. Public transport is a 2 min walk to the end of street if you do not have your own transport. Off street parking is available to you also. Kuranda, home to the Indigenous Djabugay people is tucked away within an ancient Rainforest. Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.

You will be delighted with the chorus of bird song and take great pleasure in sighting vibrantly colourful tropical birdlife and butterflies.
