There are three apartments on the property .Very quiet place ,you can hear the birds ,chimes,water fall and the wind . Pool is amazing in the afternoon with a cold drink. I try and keep it pretty cool in the summer months If you like to enjoy relaxingholidays I think you have the right place in the suburbs of cairns ,10 minutes away from town.Freshwater creek, shops,bus stop and restaurants nearby.Bowls club ,Pizza and coffee 6minutes walk .We have two JackRussells dogs that live on the property

We can also provide other meals at reasonable cost, Oza works in a kitchen and loves cooking delicious food. We offer hiking transfers and maps if you want to do some walks.

Located in the quiet little town of Walkamin known for it's perfect climate you will have plenty to see and do for a weekend getway or a week long adventure exploring the best that the beautiful Atherton Tablelands has to offer. Perfect for couples or families there is ample space outdoors to enjoy nature or tuck yourself away in luxury. The rail trail is a short ride away with options to ride to Mareeba, Tolga or Atherton.

Singing Birds

Unwind in our peaceful self-contained guesthouse, set on 3 acres of tranquil greenery. Wake to the sound of native birdsong, cool off in the pool, and enjoy the chance to spot red-legged pademelons, striped possums and all the other wildlife surrounding the guesthouse. The guesthouse is private, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Cairns, Kuranda, Mareeba and the Atherton Tablelands. We live in the main house on the property and are happy to assist if needed.
