Apartment with two separate bedrooms on the 7th floor (with elevator) and a spacious kitchen-living room. Bathroom 6 sqm equipped with all necessary stuff. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. (One of the bedrooms has a balcony with views of the mountains and the city. The second bedroom does not have a window facing the street, there is external lighting and a small window in the door for ventilation). The apartment has one air conditioner, which is more than enough for the entire apartment.

The apartment is in the new comfortable house Gumbati, in the city center, Haidar Abashidze and Gorgasali recess. 12 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the park on May 6. There's a 24-hour store in the house. All amenities nearby, no noisy bars around,cozy and peaceful. The apartment has an isolated bedroom with a working space and a spacious closet. There is a folding sofa in the kitchen. There is air conditioning & purifing, heated floor, all appliances, tableware, dishwasher and bathroom.

2 rooms apartment (60m²) on the 4th and last floor, (block 4) with view on the beach and direct access to a private beach of the hotel. The hotel complex "Dreamland Oasis" 5* offers about 1000 beds, with a beautiful botanical garden inside the complex. It has 4 outdoor swimming pools, (open only during the summer season) and an aqua-park especially appreciated by children. It also offers several restaurants, bars, playrooms, a cinema and a private secure beach. No animals in my flat.
