The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Welcome to Eider House! Located on Sargent Creek in Bells Flats + a quick drive to Russian Creek + Womens Bay or town. Let the scenery + mountain views take your breath away. Relax on the porch with your cup of coffee or beverage of choice + listen to the sounds of the creek, while watching the birds + wildlife. The Eagle's Nest -Remote Whale Island Treehouse

This treehouse is completely and totally isolated.. You’ll love Whale Island because of hunting, fishing, beach-combing, and kayaking. The moss covered trees make you feel like you are in the middle of a MIddle Earth Adventure. Whale Island Cabins are good for couples, solo adventurers, and big groups. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to make arrangements to get from Kodiak to the island by charter boat or float plane.

Fisherman’s Cove

Climb aboard and get cozy in this beautiful little “village house” in the heart of town. This small 1-bedroom home was built in the 1940’s, and is nestled on the hill above the harbor among the close knit homes on Cope Street. Find warm Alutiiq art, and other cultural accents throughout.
