Salle de douche et wc privatifs situés dans le logement. ! Le logement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ! Pas de cuisine. Uniquement pour réchauffer des plats (lire équipements) Tram et métro à moins de 200m. Proche du centre. Parcs aux alentours. Vous séjournerez dans un studio moderne et tout confort situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble typiquement bruxellois, dans une belle avenue arborée. Plusieurs commerces (supermarchés, boulangeries,...) se trouvent à proximité immédiate du logement. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis le studio (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture). Les transports en communs sont proches de l'appartement et il est également facile de stationner son véhicule dans le quartier.
