The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

In ground floor is large living room (55m2) with open kitchen and fireplace, one bedroom with double bed, shower and sauna. In first floor is a bedroom with king size bed and single bed, one bedroom with two single beds, roof terraces with beautiful views. Both bedrooms in first floor have separate entrances to shower/WC. Kukuaru 4 väikest majakest asetsevad Pedja jõe kaldal, maagilise vaatega jõele. Beach House

The cottage is located in the middle of Estonia. Lake Väinjärve is only 30 meters from the cottage and there is possibility for different activities. Near cottage there is beach volleyball court, boat rental and small beach bar "Väinaka Lafka" (Open june-august). In that area there is many small rivers, bogs etc. Highly recommended is to visit Endla Nature reserve and Norra-Oostriku spings area. All the brochures are also in the cottage. Cottage is located in the public beach.

Talukinnistu suurel territooriumil on võimalik jalutada mööda jõeäärt ning argipäevade muredest lahti ühendada. Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele.
