Godden Cottage in Mission Bay

Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

The bedroom which has a lock on it is light with plenty of room and has big cupboards for hanging clothes and also has shelving There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower
