Oak Tree Hut

Rustic built wooden hut on our hillside rural property. One comfortable single bed . Breakfast corner window overlooking the fields and SH10 or outside on the little deck. Toilet and shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance and will be shared with other guests if they are occupying the other larger Cabin . Outside of the Main house there’s a cooking area , 2 gas points, pots,pans etc and Internet available in this area.. also double sink to wash up. Large parking area. .

Studio 8 is a private studio with a stunning view of the apricot sand beaches and lagoon of beautiful Cable Bay. Relax and unwind while you take in the view of the sea all the way across the bay to the KariKari Peninsula. Come and relax in our private studio, suitable for 1 person or for a couple. There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

Hokianglers' Rest

Kia Ora! Welcome to our Paradise with stunning views of glistening sand dunes and the Hokianga Harbour. Private open plan cottage in the same section as main house. Fully equipped from cheese knife, to Air fryer. Relax with coffee on the deck or at our bar with a cold one. The Beach, Boat Ramps, Pub, Sands, Cafes, Four Square are all minutes away. I'm Tui, a fwendly 4yr old foxie. We have a fenced yard. Bring your little doggie, we can zoomie all day and you can relax in Hokianglers’ Rest

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Opononi Oasis

The Opononi Oasis is a newly renovated 2-bedroom holiday home. Facing north you will have uninterrupted views of the Hokianga Harbour and sand dunes. Suitable for up to 4 people with two queen beds. Linen and towels are provided and fibre has just been installed. It is a place to completely unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy all that Northland has to offer. This home has been in the family for 26 years and is to be enjoyed and respected. No pets allowed.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Kohukohu 1 -bedroom guesthouse - Tui House

‘Oranga’ is situated high in the hills above Kohukohu in stunning native bush. Three separate self-contained accommodations are all unique and styled with guests' comfort and convenience in mind (view on my profile page). Ideal for a weekend escape to the country or as the midway point to visit Cape Reinga and magnificent Tane Mahuta. We are 6kms from Kohukohu Village (gravel road) and 11kms from the Hokianga Ferry.

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.
