BB Etno house is a recently built property located in Lipovska Bistrica, Kolasin. It is surrounded by nature, high mountains and Bistrica river, flowing just in front of the house. At an altitude of 960 meters, slightly detached from the city, the BB Etno house offers an idyllic and relaxing stay. Interior of the house is mainly made of stones and wood, which give this property an authentic and luxurious look. The property is 5.5 km away from city center, and 13 km from ski-resort.

Two apartmants are located on the road for the famous ski resort in Kolašin, about 6 km away, and 3 km from the city center. These newly built and luxurious apartments are decorated in a modernstyle, there are large terraces in front of the house and a courtyard with parking space. Each apartment has TV, wi-fi internet, electric cooker, dishwasher. Out of winter season, the mountain provides good facilities for cycling, hiking and horseback riding, rafting on River Tara.
