Central house with charming garden

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in a cultural heritage building in the very center of Unesco town Kutna Hora, you can experience how it is to stay in area where local people live, work and hang out. When you get tired of visiting sites, you can rest in the shade of a huge pear tree in a cute garden. The building is in process of renovation, the ground floor has new bathroom, new electricity and lights and has been painted.

Cousy house in the countryside style called The Buddha´s garden as is situated in the garden with Buddha´s statue. The country house is open space with partly upper floor with 2 single beds. In the open space you will find double bed, sofa, table and chairs, kitchen corner (fridge,cooker etc.). There is a toilet and shower corner. It´s on the same garden, where Cozy traditional house is. Smrkovka

Smrkovka je větší ségra Ondřejky, a proto se u ní můžete těšit na komfortních 20m2. Má rozdělenou ložničku s obývacím prostorem a koupelnou. Pro chladné dny jsou k dispozici minimalistická kamínka na dřevo, která zaručeně stačí. Nemusíte se bát, že Vám bude zima. Součástí Smrkovky je i terasa se zahradním nábytkem, ze které si můžete vychutnat nádherný výhled do okolí. A to vše jak za slunečného, tak i nepříznivého počasí zachumlaní pod dekou.

Okolí nabízí skvělé podmínky pro pěší turistiku, vyjížďky na kole a koních. Místo je velmi klidné, ideální pro houbaře a rybáře. Výhodou je i blízkost do hlavního města Prahy.
