The old part of town is about 20 min walking. You can park your car on a pubblic parking about 100m fron the house.

Okružen zelenilom i zajedničkim dvorištem. Od glavnog autobusnog kolodvora i marketa udaljen je 300 m, od bolnice 200 m, od pošte i banke 200 m,od zračne luke Zadar-Zemunik 10 km. Stan ima svoj privatni besplatni parking prostor odmah pokraj zgrade.
