Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, there is a ‘Porpini’ apartment. From the small terrace you can enjoy the wide view across the sea, while sunbathing, listening to the soothing sound of the waves or simply relax, in the shade, with the glass of a cool drink. Apartment provides a romantic sunset on the landing at the top of stairs - for you only, and free of charge ;)

Apartments Donika were recently renovated. The apartment is located on the second floor, in the central location of the historic downtown of Komiza, very close to cafes, restaurants, shops, markets and beaches. 20 meters from Riva. Air-conditioned studio, with no balcony. It comprises a flat-screen satellite TV, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. One queen bed.

Arco is small and cozy studio apartment located in the heart of picturesque town of Komiža. It’s tucked away behind Riva (Komiža’s main waterfront promenade) and you will find it by stepping through wrought iron gates into a shared courtyard. It is surrounded with authentic stone houses, so be ready to share its charm with other residents while respecting their way of living.

J1 Studio Apartment

J1 studio apartment (25m2) is equipped with a kitchen + dining area, bathroom with a shower and a double bed (for 2 people). The apartment is air-conditioned, has a wi-fi connection and a TV. There is a big terrace right in front of the apartment where our guests enjoy spending their summer evenings. The big terrace and garden are communal (shared with J2 apartment).

NEW STUDIO APARTMENT

Studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the stone house. The center of Komiža is only a 2 minute walk, as well as the first store or restaurant. Lučica beach is located 50 meters from apartment. For all diving lovers, right next to the Lučica beach is the Diving Center. Free and secure internet connection is available.

Newly renovated (2022) apartment in the centre of Komiža with absolutely amazing sea view, just a few steps from the beach. Balcony facing the sea and overlooking the most charming and picturesque Komiža bay! Fall asleep and wake up to the calming sound of waves.

Our charming and cozy one bedroom apartment is located in the ground floor of the one hundred years old house in the quiet street some 30 metres from the sea. Court yard with wooden chairs and table covered with wild grape tree is the real chill zone.

Apartman Riva 1

It is a stone house with apartments situated on the sea front, close to the beaches and the town centre with some good restaurants, cafés and shops. We had a few complaints abt noise from outside, and we change all windows in house . It's okay now.
