'The Ballast' Riverfront Retreat

This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. Fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster oven, hot plate, frypan, saucepan, sandwich maker and microwave. The lounge room has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a double leather recliner lounge and a 42-inch LCD TV. Complimentary continental breakfast included.

Nestled amongst trees in one of Merewether's quietest streets, 'Sea Change' is a gorgeous coastal cottage, recently renovated with a fresh modern look. Attached to the main residence, the cottage has a private entrance & verandah. Two queen bedrooms, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans. Beautiful spacious bathroom with free standing bath including complementary essentials. Cosy living room with kitchenette, bar fridge, microwave, Nespresso Coffee, Tea, muesli, toast and homemade jam.

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)
