Golf all around us, Sledding in town on Cherry Hill, Skiing 30 min to Kellog, Silverwood 30min Great location for all amenities and attractions. Quiet private backyard with fire pit (wood provided), patio heater, table and bbq. All under great shade trees in the summer. This home is very well suited for large groups and families. Lots of street parking one space in the driveway.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
