Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

The sun-drenched deck faces a gorgeous ponderosa pine, and is a few steps away from an active game trail. We share this beautiful seven acre property with elk, deer, rabbits, a friendly neighbourhood fox, two ravens, and countless wild turkeys who enjoy eating Gabriela’s rye and buckwheat flowers.

Plenty of space to explore, enjoy, and relax. You can raft down the river, enjoy the pool, trampoline, barbeque, have a campfire, play games. Golfing is located across the street. A 10-minute drive from the slopes of Red Mountain Resort, Rossland Bike Retreat is the perfect jumping-off point for your adventure in the Kootenays. Guests have access to a ski locker at Red Mountain and secure bike storage on the premises.

Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.
