This newly built custom home has a private basement suite (800 sqft) ideal for up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom (King Bed), 1 den (Queen Bed), a full bathroom and an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. Little Hus #2

Our place is a small, bright and private suite at the back of the house. You have to climb stairs to get to the second floor. The suite is roughly 290 square feet total, including the bathroom. It has a kitchenette. It's perfect for a couple or a couple of friends. It's close to shopping and your favorite coffee shop. The waterfront is an easy 3 blocks away and it takes around 15 minutes to walk downtown. If you smoke this studio is definitely NOT for you..
