Have fun in this stylish, cute & comfortable residence. The renovated apartment of 40 m2 is located near the centre of Koper and beaches (cc. 2 km). It offers all the comfort a couple needs: a functional kitchen, with basics (coffee-moka or Turkish, tea, cafetiera, honey, sugar, salt, olive oil), separate bedroom with large double bed (160x200), & wardrobe, airconditioned, and functional bathroom with washing machine and a shaded balcony. 👆Need to climb stairs (4th floor, no elevator).

This beautiful, elegant and cosy apartment is located in the heart of the historic city centre of Koper in the tallest skyscraper on the cost. It is located just below the main Koper Beach. Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gazon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Relax with the whole family. Vacation on our farm is especially suitable for families with small children because they can explore nature in peace, and wander freely and safely around the farm. Our farm is located in a valley and is only four kilometres away from the city centre.
