Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Here you can do just that. Vicinity of the beach, an old town centre, shops and the main promenade is locating you in the centre of happening in Koper. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Stanovanje se nahaja na čudoviti lokaciji v starem mestnem jedru. V bližini se nahaja glavni trg z beneško arhitekturo, lokali, trgovina, pekarna in stare mestne ulice z manjšimi butiki. V poletnih časih se na glavnem trgu odvijajo koncerti kar lahko poslušate iz stanovanja. Mestna plaža, promenada in marina se nahajajo v radiju 300 metrov. Plačljiva parkirna hiša je od stanovanja oddaljena 50 m.
