Hollywood, Koreatown, and Silverlake are minutes away by car. Our yard is an oasis where you can lounge, unwind, and take a dip in the hot tub just outside your door. We swim in the pool in summer and share the yard, but we’ll give you as much privacy as you desire. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, & complimentary coffee. New mini split!

It provides the ideal jumping-off point to explore all areas of the city, and a comfortable place to come home to each night.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.

We live in Larchmont Village just blocks from Larchmont Blvd & described as "quaint and small-town adorable" by LA Curbed - the perfect central location to explore LA. South of Hollywood, close to Koreatown, about 30 minutes from the beach. My wife, our 13 year old son, 5 year old puppy(Tuesday), 1 year old kitty and I would be happy to host you!

There's a wonderful view of the Hollywood sign from just across the street, and plenty of parking.
