The apartments is about 70 m2, fully equipped and of high standard. It has a large living space with kitchen (including the bedroom 2 area) and a balcony to SE, 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom. There is also a terrace facing the alley from which both the living space and the bedroom have their own entrance doors.
