Ein idealer Rückzugsort für Familien, die Ruhe, Natur und Meeresluft genießen möchten. Die Wohnung bietet optimal Platz für 4 Personen; zusätzlich kann ein Kinderreisebett bereitgestellt werden. Der direkte Zugang zum Garten und die sonnige Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein – besonders im Sommer ein Highlight.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Seebad Kölpinsee ca. 1 km vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist neu und wird ab 1. Juni 2024 vermietet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie der Bahnhof. Auf ca. 70 m² erwartet eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zweiraumwohnung mit Balkon ihre Gäste. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz. Die Lage bietet auch einen idealen Startort für Wanderungen und Radtouren in das Inselhinterland und an das Achterwasser.

Reetdachhaus "Windblume"

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

HaffSide Usedom

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz für Spaß und Unterhaltung. Die Ferienwohnungen liegen am Fuße des Streckelberges in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Wald und Strand. In ungefähr 10 Minuten Fußweg durch den wunderschönen Buchenwald erreichen Sie den Strand. Der Ortskern ist ebenfalls schnell und einfach zu erreichen.

Ferienwohnung Marta

Unsere Wng Martha befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und hat eine eigene Terrasse. Wir bieten für die Fahrräder eine Unterstellmöglichkeit an. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto anreist, ist ein kostenfreier Parkplatz vorhanden. WLAN gibt es kostenfrei. Leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.
