Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Posjeduje besplatan parking i privatnu plažu na kojoj možete uživati, koristiti ležaljke i kajak. Najbliža prodavnica 2km od apartmana, plažni bar sa restoranom "Bajova kula" 300m. Napomena: Do smještaja se dolazi stepenicama, zbog toga nije pogodno starijim osobama.

The house is 4km far from Kotor, ancient town, which has a lot to offer, from its history to pure entertainment. There is a parking spot in front of the house. There are cafe, supermarket and old church in neighbourhood. There are 3 double-bedded rooms and one with 2 single beds and every sleeping rooms has its own bathroom. Kitchen is quite big and well equipped.
