Crystal Waters is a beautiful riverfront home in a quiet, secure estate, 7 k's from St Francis Bay, the gem of the Eastern Cape. We are close to all the town's facilites, yet just away from the hustle and bustle that comes with this very popular seaside town, especially over the festive season. The Kromme River is ideal for boating and watersports enthusiasts, with access to the beach, canals and lagoon. Jeffrey’s Bay and Cape St Francis, both well known for great surfing, are very close by.

The house is on the Canal it has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite ,3 of the bedrooms are upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, bar & braai , dining room & lounge. Up stairs is a sun room and open TV room which has an inverter for the wifi, TV & charging of devices & 2 queen beds . The house has the best sun sets & walking distance to the Kromme river, it has it own jetty for your boat and a single garage . A perfect holiday house for your family and friends.

My place has wonderful views from all the rooms and you literally walk onto the beach from the house. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the high ceilings, the comfy bed, and the light, and the quiet safe surroundings. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). I have installed a large gas stove with 5 gas plates and electric oven. Also an inverter that runs the TV, WIFI and all the lights. Upstairs there is a lovely large braai. Lots of nature, sunsets and views.

This house is also equipped with two skylights, which brings the beautiful natural feel to it. If you were coming to experience the beach and its nature, this is the house for you. It is less than 500m from the beach. As far as view goes, you are at the beach.
