Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Apartment has the capacity of 2+2. for Max 4 . Accommodation unit size is 40 m2 + 13 m2 (terrace). Apartment has a sea view. In Diklo,10 m from the sea/beach. Parking & bus station in front of the house. Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the center.This house is located in the center of Diklo. , and so is the beach, just across the street and you are there! the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.

This new luxury villa is located close to the center and local beaches and is surrounded by nature. The villa consists of four bedrooms with private bathrooms, two guests toilets, a living room with a dining room , a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and heated pool. our guests have free parking, WiFi and barbecue. restaurants and supermarkets are near the accommodation. the whole house is air- conditioned.
