We have 4 Einfach Apartments which varies in orientation .These lofts have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a well-equipped kitchenette with a large table for dining or working and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. These apartments have large windows which make the space look really open. The views vary from Besselpark to the north, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz in the east, or sunny Berlin rooftops to the south.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Das große Zimmer besteht aus einem Doppelbett (1,60x2,00 m) und einer Couch, die sich zu einem weiteren Bett (1,40x 2,00 m) umfunktionieren lässt. Im zweiten Zimmer befindet sich ein Hochbett (2,00x2,00) mit 1,60m breiter Matratze und ein weiteres Sofa. Tierhaar-Allergiker bitten wir nicht zu buchen, da eine Katze im Haus wohnt.

This is a quiet 2-room apartment (66m²) for max. 4+2 people. The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by
