Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.

My warmly decorated 35 m² apartment features real wooden oak floor. It’s equipped with a fully fitted kitchen as well as a very comfortable double sleeping couch, a queen size real bed, a brand new natural stone bathroom with a walk-in glass shower as well as a Miele washing machine. Of course the apartment has central heating and Wi-Fi.

Our lovely apartment is in the center of the famous neighborhood Kreuzberg. Which is 8 minutes by walk to the U6/U7 U-Bahn station Mehringdamm. Around our home, there are a variety of different cafes, restaurants and bars. You can enjoy your time in this neighborhood.
