H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

Παλαιότερα, το ισόγειο χρησιμοποιούνταν ως πατητήρι με δρύινα βαρέλια αποθήκευσης κρασιού της οικογένειας Παπαγρηγορίου. Πλέον, ακολουθώντας τις σύγχρονες ανάγκες στον βαθμό που του αναλογεί, μετατράπηκε με δυνατές παρεμβάσεις σε έναν χώρο ιδανικό να φιλοξενήσει έως και 5 άτομα σε 3 ευχάριστα υπνοδωμάτια.
