Zelená oáza v centre Prešova

Dve izby v rodinnom dome v centre mesta. Priestory prenajímame ako celok, pretože menšia izba je prístupná len cez kúpeľňu. Väčšia izba je vybavená kuchynkou. Parkovanie po dohode možné vo dvore. Možnosť využívať záhradu, vonkajšie sedenie, ohnisko, trampolínu, v lete aj skromný bazén. Vstup je zdieľaný s majiteľom. Na hlavné námestie je to 5 minút pešo. Pri ubytovaní detí do 6 rokov možná dohoda na cene.

Beautiful apartment in the city centre of Košice

A brand new 2bedroom flat situated in the centre of the city, just a few steps from the main street with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife and in walking distance to the historical centre of Košice. The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.

Very quite location, private parking, one room in garden area with bathroom and kitchen and feidge as you look in foto, beautiful garden, near you have lots of historical places and Slovak paradise is near the historical town of Levoča. The largest tourist destination known as the High Tatras are 25-30 kilometers from Levoča.

Byt sa nachádza na Levočskej ulici približne len 10 minút pešo od centra Prešova. Väčšina vecí v byte je čisto nová. Byt poteší hlavne milovníkov kávy, k dispozícií je nový zrnkový kávovar, ktorý dokáže pripraviť až 15 druhov káv. Káva je na môj účet,podľa dĺžky pobytu u mňa.
