Exochi 2 - Traditional house with sea view rooftop

Built according to the traditional cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities, the house is ideal for couples and families with one or two children. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

Marsha's Beach House

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. With friends or family you can enjoy this house of 120 m² and its beatiful terrace and garden with bougainvilleas and the smell of fig trees . A large lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with king size beds and their patio form a very pleasant house to live in.

Only 3 minutes walk from Naoussa center and really close to the sea , this cozy and recently renovated house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, is a delightful alternative to the vast variety of Naoussa rentals. Fully-equipped and traditionally designed, Sofianna's house brings together a peaceful stay with the lively and cosmopolitan nightlife of Naoussa. The house comes also with a small veranda with a commanding view to both sea and town to savour your coffee and meals.

LIGHT -BLUE MAISONETTE is a three-level house with 3 bedrooms (a twin bed, two single beds, three single beds), 2 bathrooms, one plan kitchen-living room (sofa- bed). It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a living room around the fireplace. You can also enjoy our porch with direct access to our garden. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and you can relax on our veranda.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Agia Anna Apartment One in Parikia

The “Agia Anna Apartment One” is locate in Parikia, the capital of Paros island. It is complete renovated in March of 2019. It is 40 square meters and it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, a studio (kitchen, living room, dining room with double sofa-bed), a small office and separate veranda. It is just 100 meters from a sandy beach for swimming and seaside street with restaurants and the coffees.
