Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

It also has a fully equipped. The villa can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. Outside, the 300sq.m veranda provides unobstructed view of the Aegean sea and the port of Paros. Restaurants and mini markets are 5 minutes by car and so is the main town of Paroikia.

Close to the center but far enough to give you privacy and space. Away from the busy city and nice to relax and charge your batteries... You see Antiparos, Sifnos, Serifos. Amazing sunsets. Spacious veranda with tables and sun beds. Nobody can drive or pass by, its all yours. Dead end street on private property with parking.
