Welcome to Quercus Residence, a spacious 58-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in the serene village of Tudorovići, offering stunning views of Sveti Stefan and the Budva Riviera. Enjoy the panoramic Adriatic Sea views from your private terrace, making this apartment an ideal escape for couples or small families. We have 4 apartments of the same kind in our villa. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
