The house is a duplex with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1th floor and a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
