A self contained cottage with two air conditioned rooms each 10m², situated within an indigenous patch of forest at the base and to the east of the highest peak in the Blyde River Canyon. From the cottage's verdant veranda stretching the entire length of the cottage, guests are afforded magnificent views over the South African Lowveld and in the distance, The Kruger National Park touching the horizon. It is situated at the very top of the village of Kampersrus within a safe and secure homestead.

Catering for couples and single travellers, the lodge has four upmarket self-catering units. The lodge is completely off-grid so does not experience load-shedding. Unit 1 has a queen-sized bed, air-conditioner, its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and private veranda with uninterrupted views to the Crocodile River and the Kruger National Park.
