Ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und optional Babybett, ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit Schlafsofa und einem weiteren Schlafraum, in den man über eine Wendeltreppe vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt. Hier befinden sich zwei weitere gemütliche Doppelbetten. Ein Schallschutzvorhang trennt den Raum zusätzlich ab. Abgerundet wird die tolle Unterkunft durch einen herrlichen Garten mit Blick auf die Alpen.

Die ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung ist nach Süden und Westen ausgerichtet und teilt sich auf ca. 60 m² auf ein Wohnzimmer (mit bequemer Ausziehcouch und Leseecke), ein Schlafzimmer (mit großem Doppelbett), eine separate neue Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Essgelegenheit für bis zu 6 Personen) und ein Badezimmer (mit Dusche und WC) auf. Der Balkon bietet Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge im Süden, auf das Wettersteingebirge im Südwesten und auf den Krottenkopf im Westen.

Zwischen Dorfplatz und Bach

Das ist unsere große Erdgeschosswohnung. Umgebaut aus dem ehemaligen Dorfladen mit über 3m Raumhöhe und richtig viel Platz für alle - nicht nur im großen zentralen Wohnraum, sondern auch mit genug Rückzugsraum in der Lounge und den vier Schlafzimmern. Licht von allen Seiten, zwei moderne Bäder, Terrasse direkt am Bach mit Blick zur Zugspitze, Garten, nette alte und neue Details - was will man mehr? Und jetzt ist sogar der Dorfplatz neu renoviert.
