Gated and guarded housing area 1200 Sqf size, upper unit got stairs, park in front house 2 car can fit Facilities clubhouse pool and gym to be used up to 10 pm. Clubhouse is one-two minute walking distance from the house need to be accesed by stairs (not suitable for wheel chair). Wifi is provided and extra sofa bed in the living room is a place to chill out. Three aircond in the unit, master bedroom, second room and the hall. Near PICC, KLIA, Splashmania Can accomodate up to 10 people
