Saimaan rannalla olevassa modernissa mökissa pääset viettämään lomaa hienoissa puitteissa. Mökin suurista ikkunoista on näkymä Saimaalle. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Ympärivuoden käytössä oleva ulkoporeallas, soutuvene, 2 SUP lautaa ja 2 kajakkia ovat vapaasti vuokralaisten käytössä.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

True Finnish cottage experience by Lake Saimaa

Experience the traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There is a rowing boat for guests to use.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Tervetuloa nauttimaan luonnosta kansallismaisemassa Punkaharjulle. Mökiltä Saimaan Pihlajaveden rantaan on 100 metriä. Pihlajavesi, Jännevesi sekä Puruvesi ovat kalastajien ja pilkkijöiden suosimia apajia. Punkaharjun keskustassa ovat ruokakaupat, apteekki ja huoltoasema, matkaa 8km. Savonlinnaan 30 km, lähin rautatieasema Lusto 6 km. Helsinkiin 350km. Lähistöllä Metsämuseo Lusto ja Puulajipuisto merkittyine latuineen ja patikointireitteineen.

Villa Myllymäki

Myllymäen päälle omin käsin rakennetussa villa Myllymäessä on helppoa rentoutua ja päästä lähelle luontoa nauttien upeista maisemista. Koko päätyseinän kokoinen ikkuna kehystää upean järvimaiseman. Tilalla on n. 40 hehtaaria eläinten laiduntamaa metsää joka takaa helppokulkuiset ja hienot patikointimaastot. Etäisyys Savonlinnan keskustaan on 10km autolla tai 6 km veneellä. Tilalla on myös yksityinen laavu lammen rannalla yhtä upein näkymin.

Moderni rantastudio näköalalla keskustan lähellä

Nauti mökkitunnelmasta modernisti kerrostaloasunnossa - järvi on niin lähellä että parvekkeelle kuuluu aaltojen ääni. Remontoitu ja valoisa koti sijaitsee saaressa kirkasvetisen Saimaan rannalla n. 2km keskustasta. Tänne on helppo saapua autolla, bussilla tai kävellen - pääseepä rannasta torille puolessa tunnissa myös sup-laudalla. Parvekkeelle paistaa ilta-aurinko joten lämpötila asunnossa on miellyttävä helteelläkin.

Valoisa huoneisto sataman ja Olavinlinnan lähellä

Kohteen sijainti on keskellä kaikkia palveluita ja kulttuurielämyksiä. Huoneisto sijaitsee sataman kupeessa, lähellä Kauppatoria (350m) ja juna-asemaa (400m). Olavinlinnaan kävelee vajaassa 10 minuutissa (700m). Autolle löytyy ilmaisia tienvarsipaikkoja aivan talon edestä. Tarvitttaessa löytyy myös maksullinen parkkitalo 200 metrin päässä.
